The building is located in central London few minutes away from Euston Station and Great Portland Street. The proposed development is characterised with its environmntal strategy which incorporates two courtyard spaces at the ground level and the lower ground level.

 

Creative methods of obtaining natural light are designed while also assuring high level of privacy is obtained.  With a contemporary touch that enhances the quality of living inside out, the project assures its respects to the context.

 

The building is designed to be energy effieicent, it achieves the Code for Sustainable Homes with vergy good level (Level 3).
