A new development for a mixed-use 4-storey building in west London, with office spaces on the ground floor along with 11 flat units on the first, second and third floor.

 

The building is characterised with its roof terrace garden which acts as a communal amenity space along with private balconies for each flat.

 

Additionally, and due to its location close to Heathrow Airport, vertical elements are introduced to reduce the extent of noise from one hand and also to create additional thermal mass which can control the heat of the building.
